Terms & Conditions

Terms applicable to the Plethora Aura Points Loyalty Program.

Eligibility: Plethora Aura Points are available to eligible customers enrolled in the loyalty programme. Silver membership is automatically assigned to eligible non-discounted customers.

Earning Points: Points are earned according to the applicable customer tier and whether the purchase is from an in-house brand or another brand. A new customer's first purchase is calculated at the Silver tier, regardless of purchase amount.

Tier Upgrades: Customers advance to Gold upon reaching 67,500 CLP points and Platinum upon reaching 162,500 CLP points, subject to programme rules.

Bonus Points: A 12,500-point welcome bonus is awarded upon enrolment. An additional 12,500 points are awarded upon each eligible tier upgrade.

Point Value & Redemption: 100 points = AED 1. A minimum of 10,000 points (AED 100) is required for redemption. Points become available for redemption after a 24-hour processing period following the qualifying purchase.

Points Expiry: Points expire 12 months from their accumulation date and cannot be reinstated or redeemed after expiry.

Personalized Offers: Loyalty discounts and coupons may vary by customer based on purchase history, purchase frequency, purchase volume, special occasions, and other programme criteria.

E-Receipt & Notifications: Loyalty-related updates, including enrolment, tier upgrades, bonus points and points expiry, may be communicated through WhatsApp. Customers may also access loyalty information through the E-Receipt and Apple Wallet Card.

In-house Brands: Enhanced earning rates apply only to brands identified as in-house brands under the programme and may be subject to change.

Programme Changes: Plethora reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty programme, its benefits, earning rates, redemption rules, or terms, subject to applicable laws.

General: Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except where expressly permitted. Points, rewards and membership benefits are personal to the enrolled customer and may not be transferred unless otherwise permitted.
